Lisa is an economist with over 20-years of experience in private consulting, business development and investment promotion. Lisa has worked extensively in both the private and public domain, having consulted for small, medium and large enterprises, local, regional and national authorities as well as international agencies. She is well conversant in pursuing strategic opportunities, cultivating and negotiations mutually beneficial partnerships for both private and public clientele.

Twapewa Mwashindange is an admitted Legal Practioner of the High Court of Namibia. She specialises in Banking and Finance, Corporate, Commercial, Mining and Energy Law. She has acted for both local and international clients in a variety of industries, including the mining, diamond cutting and polishing, energy, insurance, financial and business services industries. Her experience includes advising on the compliance of the provisions of the Companies Act, 2004 and other regulatory legislation.
Twapewa is also experienced in drafting and reviewing a number of general commercial agreements, loan facilities, security agreements, guarantees and other credit support documentation. She has also conducted various legal due diligence investigations, prepared legal opinions, resolutions and filed merger notifications with the Namibian Competition Commission. Twapewa holds a B.Juris, LL.B and a LL.M degree from Queen Mary, University of London and is a member of the law society of Namibia.
Ndeyapo is a qualified chartered accountant who is well skilled and experienced in working with both established and up-and-coming companies to find practical solutions and make a positive impact on their ventures.
Ndeyapo has previously worked in a number of roles at PwC Namibia and has developed corporate strategies, business plans and financial models for various clients across multiple sectors in addition to performing audit and accounting work. Her cross-sectoral expertise has shaped her into a versatile and adaptable individual with a zest for learning new skills and gaining new knowledge to best add value to clients.
She currently serves on the executive committee of the John and Penny Group, a Namibian company which is active across many industries including leisure, farming, construction and meat processing.
Prior to Divergent, Chuka was part of the Acquisitions Team at Pak Afrika Aviation and later served as Marketing Manager for the newly acquired 1Time Airline after a reverse takeover of the formerly JSE listed company, later renamed ‘Skywise Airline’. Chuka is a finance and technology enthusiast with experience in Investment Banking (Rand Merchant Bank) advising clients on mergers & acquisitions, capital raising, valuations, corporate restructuring, Leveraged and Project Finance as well as Economic Empowerment transactions. Chuka is also a proud member of the Institute of Directors in Southern Africa.
Extensive experience in various sectors of the economy
Frans' has extensive experience in contract administration and project management gained from his involvement on a number of national and provincial road projects in Namibia and South Africa since 2008. To complement his engineering background and continuously be involved in the financing, development and management of key national and municipal infrastructure, he has enrolled for a Postgraduate Diploma in Development Finance with the Stellenbosch Business School.
Short-term goals include acquiring professional registration with the Engineering Council of South Africa and the South African Council for Project and Construction Management Professions, as well as enrolling for an MPhil in Development Finance. A qualification in Risk Management is also envisaged in the near future
Excel has 15 years of experience in the oil and gas industry. Most of those years at the Nigeria LNG Limited were he has built his career in the LNG Production and Asset Integrity Management. He was involved in the Start-up and Commissioning of the NLNG Plus Projects in Bonny and the Operability Reviews for the Arrow LNG project in Japan. He currently works in the Asset Management Department as the Asset Reference Plan Coordinator at NLNG.
He has an educational background in Petroleum Engineering and Geosciences at the undergraduate level, with a Master’s degree in Process Technology and Management from the University of Strathclyde, Glasgow, MBA in Energy Sustainability from the University of Cumbria, Cumbria, and Doctorate of Business Administration (in view) from the Grand Canyon University, Arizona, USA.
He is a member of the Society of Petroleum Engineers, Nigeria Gas Association and Institute of Gas Engineers and Managers. He is a conference speaker and youth advocate. He is passionate about youth development; he founded the Youth Resource Centre, Bonny. He is married with two sons.
